William S. Hoang  —  Associate


Mr. Hoang’s practice focuses on insurance and business litigation, with an emphasis in first-party disputes, bad faith litigation, and subrogation.  He has extensive experience representing and advising insurers in a variety of commercial coverage matters, including coverage disputes arising under CGL, professional liability, builder’s risk, and business owner policies.

Before joining Jones Turner LLP, Mr. Hoang was an associate at Plante Lebovic LLP, where his practice focused on counseling real estate developers, home builders, and contractors in a broad range of disputes, including construction defect, premises liability, and personal injury lawsuits.  Mr. Hoang was also employed for years with Cummins & White, LLP, where he was involved with multi-million dollar insurance coverage and commercial litigation matters.
