Biography

Mr. Gesell’s practice focuses on all aspects of insurance coverage and litigation defense, primarily in the areas of first-party property and reinsurance disputes. He has worked with a wide range of clients in first- and third-party coverage determinations, and has handled insurance litigation and arbitration matters in a variety of jurisdictions. Mr. Gesell also has extensive experience in third-party insurance litigation, including complex litigation and toxic tort claims.

Before joining Jones Turner, LLP, Mr. Gesell was an associate in the California office of Clausen Miller, P.C. where his areas of practice included coverage evaluation and litigation defense involving large scale first-party property and reinsurance disputes.
