William S. Hoang  —  Associate

Biography

William has extensive experience representing clients in all aspects of commercial litigation disputes, including but not limited to motion practice, oral argument, discovery, alternative dispute resolution and trial preparation.  He has handled various multi-million dollar disputes, including matters involving insurance bad faith claims, subrogation, and breach of contract claims, among others.  His practice also includes counseling clients regarding the assessment of liability exposure and risk and contract interpretation issues.

William is also passionate about helping families grow through assisted reproductive technologies.  This passion stems from his own experiences in this field, as he and his wife welcomed their children via gestational surrogacy through two separate journeys (one in California and the other out of state).  His experience with surrogacy allows him to relate to his clients on a personal level as they navigate through their own journeys in family formation.  His assisted reproductive law practice focuses on representing intended parents, surrogates, and donors in matters involving surrogacy and sperm/egg/embryo donation.
